Jacking Frame design and manufacture for Coil Tubing Injector Unit and Gooseneck

Hydrus has completed the design and manufacture of a Jacking Frame for Coil Tubing Injector Unit and Gooseneck. The primary function of the jacking frame is to support and raise the unit and goosneck during operation. The design allows for a 36” lift from 4 independently operated hydraulic cylinders, which can be locked in position at various heights.

The Jacking Frame can also be skidded in 4 directions on a modular track system, and incorporates interchangeable adaptor plates to suit various CT injectors. Clear internal workspace for access to Cromar sub etc.
