Hydrus have successfully completed on the refurbishment of two Subsea Tree Cap Running Tools for its client's North Sea Operations. The refurbishment project included the final pressure test of all functions to 500psi, 3000psi, 5000psi over 15 minutes. Hydrus also installed the Test Sub Stinger Mandrel and tested to 500psi over 5 minutes and 5000psi over 15 minutes, all carried out at our state-of-the-art facilities in Brechin. The scope of work included re-certification of the lifting slings and pad-eyes of the Subsea Tree Cap Running Tool.
The Hydrus Flushing Skid confirmed an initial sample (NAS6). All tests were charted, including the recording of the dump and return volumes.
